The £19m multi-generational development on Morley Drive features a 70-bed care home and 14 three-bed townhouses, built across four blocks. Designed by C Squared, the 3.5-acre scheme delivers a high-quality mixed-use development.
McCarthy and Stone, Buxton – This project was recognised with the prestigious NHBC Pride in the Job Award. In 2023, we delivered the full masonry package for our long-standing client, McCarthy and Stone, working closely with site teams to ensure a high-quality finish on this stone retirement development.
McCarthy Stone, Bramhall – This project was recognised with the NHBC Pride in the Job Award, going one step further to achieve the Seal of Excellence. We delivered the full masonry package for McCarthy Stone, working in close collaboration with site teams to maintain great standards of workmanship throughout. Our attention to detail and consistent quality contributed to the successful delivery of this retirement development.
McCarthy Stone, Maghull, Merseyside. We completed the external brickwork package for a 44-apartment scheme constructed around a structural steel frame. This was the first time doing this at Ellis Construction. Single-skin brickwork formed the external façade throughout the development.
Our work included the full supply and installation of facing brickwork and lintels, carried out in coordination with the steel frame structure. We worked to strict programme deadlines and high-quality standards while coordinating closely with the site team.
McCarthy and Stone, Davenport – A newly completed retirement development delivered for McCarthy and Stone. Having partnered with them for many years, the successful completion of this project further strengthens and reinforces our long-standing working relationship. We delivered the full masonry package to a high standard, contributing to a quality finish on this development.
